Personalized Nutrition Advancing Perimenopausal Care:
Personalized Nutrition in Early Perimenopause: A Case Study Comparison Using Traditional Bloodwork and Real-Time Data

In this presentation, I will introduce The Perimenopause Matrix ™ – the framework I use to guide client care – and present two case studies demonstrating how this approach can be adapted based on the type of data available. I will compare:

  • A client supported using traditional blood markers and symptom tracking
  • A client supported using full-cycle hormone tracking via the Mira at-home hormone monitor and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to assess blood sugar in real-time in relation to food, stress, exercise, and sleep patterns
