Bone Broth Quinoa: Savory or Sweet

This has been a lifesaver for meal prep. Make the quinoa and then prepare either savory or sweet! This is a great base for left overs, makes a breakfast porridge, or an afternoon snack. The options are endless. Double or triple the recipe for more people.

Sweet

  • Chocolate protein powder, shredded coconut, almonds

  • Vanilla protein powder, nut butter, chocolate chips, hemp seeds

  • Nut butter, fruit compote, flax, and hemp seeds

Savory

  • Roasted Brussels, onions, garlic, and eggs with some chimichurri sauce

  • Shredded pork, leeks, green onions, daikon and coconut aminos

  • Salmon, roasted squash, zucchini, onions and yogurt dill sauce

Instructions

  1. Place quinoa and broth in a covered pot over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  2. Turn down to low and cook for 20 minutes.
