Bone Broth Cold Brew
Ingredients
1 cup of bone broth Or Kettle and Fire
1 clove of garlic
half a thumb ginger
half a thumb of turmeric
2 tsp grass-fed butter or ghee
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp of sage/rosemary/thyme
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Heat broth, garlic, ginger, and turmeric in a small saucepan on the stove.
Bring to a boil and then let cool for 5 minutes.
Poor into your blender with the butter/ghee, lemon juice, sage/rosemary/thyme and salt.
Whiz on high until everything is well combined - at least 60 seconds for fresh garlic/ginger/turmeric.
Pour into a *dark-colored mug and enjoy!
*Turmeric can stain light-colored mugs or kitchen tools
Notes
If you want to use dried garlic, or turmeric put them in the blender after you heat the broth
