Mushroom Hot Chocolate

The end of the year is notoriously busy and can get pretty stressful. End-of-year goals at the office, holidays, parties, family time, expectations all around - it can be a lot. I like to support my body in a tasty way with some adaptogens in my hot chocolate. They help support your nervous system and take the edge off. If adaptogens mushrooms aren’t for you, this hot chocolate is just as delicious without them.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. You can also blend by hand.

  2. Sip and enjoy!
