Ingredients

  • 2 cups of boiled water

  • 2 tsp of salt (1 tsp if you have a sensitive mouth)

  • 4 - 8 drops of Peppermint essential oil

  • 4 - 8 drops of Tea Tree essential oil

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water

  2. Remove from the stove. Dissolve salt in water.

  3. Stir in 8 drops of essential oil - your choice of flavor combination.

  4. Store in a glass jar or mason container in your bathroom for daily rinsing and gargling.
