Either time of day, this is a great way to make something delicious and add a little more protein to your day! 1 cup of bone broth - homemade or from a store - has between 8 and 9 grams of protein! If you add a serving of collage to your bone broth matcha latte you are packing in 21g of protein into your cup of afternoon sunshine - good way to recover from a morning workout.
