Either time of day, this is a great way to make something delicious and add a little more protein to your day! 1 cup of bone broth – homemade or from a store – has between 8 and 9 grams of protein! If you add a serving of collagen to your bone broth matcha latte, you are packing in 21g of protein into your cup of afternoon sunshine – a good way to recover from the morning mayhem.

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 cup of bone broth – I like chicken homemade or Kettle and Fire
- Optional: 1 of collagen protein
Instructions:
- Heat your bone broth on the stove or in the microwave.
- Add all ingredients to the blender and whiz!
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
